This volunteer role is a unique opportunity to gain valuable communications work experience in the NGO sector. The Right to Education Project (RTE), housed at ActionAid International in London, is a collaborative initiative between ActionAid International, Amnesty International, the Global Campaign for Education, Save the Children, and Human Rights Watch.

RTE promotes mobilisation and accountability on the right to education, seeking to build bridges across human rights, education and development disciplines. Join our small team and get involved in our communications work. You will help manage RTE’s multilingual website (www.right-to-education.org) by writing fresh content (news and blogs), updating content, and sourcing content from experts. You will also help with our social media work and help prepare RTE’s monthly e-Bulletin. You will have excellent PC skills and be fluent in English and possibly another language, ideally French, Spanish, or Arabic. Highly organised, you work well in a team and will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have the ability and desire to learn new skills including website management.

Candidates must be able to commit to one to three days per week for a minimum of three months.
