International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) entered into force on 4 January 1969, prohibiting racial discrimination in the enjoyment of human rights, including economic, social and cultural rights.
