International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination

The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) entered into force 4 January 1969 prohibiting racial discrimination in the enjoyment of human rights, including economic, social and cultural rights.
