European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights
The European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (ECHR) entered into force 3 September 1953.
The ECHR has been recently litigated quite heavily in the area of economic, social and cultural rights including the right to education.
