Art.32
(…) Women are guaranteed equal rights with men in their opportunities to receive education and vocational training, (…).

Art.49
(1) Everyone has the right to education.
(2) Accessible and free general, secondary, and vocational-technical education is guaranteed.
(3) Secondary specialized and higher education is accessible to all in accordance with the capabilities of each individual. Everyone may, on a competitive basis, obtain the appropriate education at state educational establishments free of charge.

Art.50
(…) Everyone has the right to use his native language and choose the language of communication. In accordance with the law, the State guarantees the freedom to choose the language of education and teaching.
