193. By
virtue of article 11 of the Criminal Law, juvenile offenders between
the ages of 14 and 16 may be placed under penal
charges in accordance with the procedures and methods of the Criminal
Procedures Act. They are subject to all the benefits
of human rights protection provided for by the Act and to
extenuated penalties following article 33 (4) of the Criminal
Law.
